Yes. You can extend your coaching journey if you decide you need more depth.
- Moving from Reframe to Stance is straightforward, with full credit of what you’ve already paid.
- If you start with Reset, we can discuss a tailored transition into Reframe or Stance. Because Reset is designed as an intensive, one-off intervention, part of its value has already been delivered. In this case, we will adjust the credit fairly and realign the next steps together.
You can also add focused extras without changing your whole package: standalone coaching sessions, follow-up sessions, stakeholder focus or crisis prep. These add-ons give you flexibility to address specific needs when they arise.

Camille Caclin is the founder of Sparkli and the author of the Systemic Project Coach™ approach.
Her research started with a simple question: why do we talk so much about leadership for managers, yet so little about project leaders? Unlike managers, project leaders carry deliverables without direct authority. A challenge that requires different skills.
Building on 15+ years of experience in digital transformation and change in life sciences, healthcare, and other complex organizations, she developed a coaching posture focused on three key capacities: self-leadership, relational agility, and systemic awareness.
Her style combines systemic coaching, emotional skills development and strategic clarity, structured and empathetic at the same time.
She works in English and French, based between France, Switzerland and Germany.
