  • OVHcloud (email hosting provider): receives and stores emails sent via our contact form or directly to our business address (www.ovhcloud.com – Hosting in France – GDPR-compliant)
  • External collaborators: only when needed, always under confidentiality agreements

We never sell, rent, or trade your data.

  • Hosted in certified data centers (ISO 27001, SOC2)
  • Sparkli is operated solely by its founder, limiting access to authorized personnel only.
  • Service providers bound by GDPR-compliant contracts

Data Retention


We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Prospects: up to 3 years after your last interaction  
  • Clients: during the business relationship and up to 5 years after its conclusion  
  • Invoices and accounting data: 10 years, as required by French law  
  • CRM data hosted on Odoo Cloud: retained as long as your account is active or until deletion is requested  
  • Trial databases (Odoo Cloud): retained up to 3 weeks after creation, or up to 4 months for upgrade testing and pre-deployment purposes  
  • Usage data (e.g., Google Analytics): stored and processed by third-party providers according to their own retention policies

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
