This time is yours to share what brings you here, ask questions, and experience how we work together. It is already part of the coaching process, helping you clarify what matters and explore the right next step, with no pressure to commit. Is Burst a trial session?
  • No. Burst is a full coaching container designed for urgent or high-pressure situations. It includes two live sessions (a 30-minute discovery call and a 90-minute deep coaching session), written clarity points, and short follow-ups. It is not a test session or teaser.

    If you are looking for a more tailored offer, or not sure what fits, let’s connect.
Can I upgrade my package after starting?
  • Yes. You can start with Burst or Reframe and move into a longer coaching path. The cost already paid will be credited, and we will align the transition together.

    Just note: Burst is not intended as a trial. It is a complete, time-sensitive coaching format.
